New kitchen after 23 years of saving
D&M Kitchens managed my full kitchen renovation. They handled everything from the initial custom design to the final installation, including the cabinetry, worktops, appliances, fixtures, flooring, and all the final decorative finishing touches. The project was completed exactly on time. The pricing was completely transparent, and the final invoice matched my original quote to the penny with no hidden fees. Their service was outstanding from my first showroom visit. They took the time to explain the different options in materials versus the costs so everything could be tailored perfectly to my budget. The fitting team was absolutely superb—they were professional, turned up on time, and left the place spotless. As a family business, they offered great communication and used zero pushy sales tactics. I had no major issues, but the tiny adjustments I requested were resolved instantly. Their aftercare is excellent and they clearly care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
Kitchen refurb
Lovely people to deal with from Ryan, Lauren and Rusty the dog in the showroom to the fitters Robert and Julian Their helpful advice in the selection and installation of the new kitchen was invaluable They were meticulous in their attention to detail and took great pride in their work which resulted in a superb kitchen. We would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.
Refurbishment of Kitchen
D&M Kitchens replaced our original kitchen and appliances some 26 years ago for which we were very happy with the cost,quality of the supplied products and their subsequent installation. This resulted in asking them to quote to fit out the main bedroom and again their approach and implementation was met with total satisfaction and approval. On the basis that the firm has remained a family concern we had no hesitation early in the year in asking them to quote to refurbish their original kitchen installation. Ryan and Lauren have been excellant in putting together a proposal to update the kitchen with replacement draw fronts,doors, lighting, worktops, tiling, appliances and ancillary items. We are extremely happy with what we have had done, looking like a completely new kitchen, and the installation carried out to their usual high standard by Robert and Julian who installed the original !!!! The installation was completed at the end May 2026 on time and to agreed cost.
Excellent personal service from start to finish
Wanted a total kitchen revamp. First impressions were all very good…a warm, friendly welcome at the showroom every time I visited. Was not rushed or pushed into making any immediate decisions but given time to think about all the options. Decisions made and a start date given. The team were polite, methodical, very hardworking, tidy and checked I was happy throughout the whole process. I cannot fault any aspect of their workmanship, from the plumbing, electrical work, fitting of the units to the tiling. Totally reliable, always very helpful and professional. Communication between the showroom staff, the workforce and myself was superb. The work was completed on time. The budget went slightly over, but that was down to the extras I requested during the fitting. The service I received was totally tailored to me and what I wanted and throughout I felt I received a very personal service. I would recommend D&M Kitchens any time.
Brilliant highly recommended
Could not fault our kitchen installation from start to finish with D&M Kitchens. Ryan was so helpful in the design and answering all our questions. Julian and Robert were incredibly professional, helpful, knowledgeable and gave advice throughout the installation. They turned up on time, exactly when they said they would and it was completed in the timeframe given. Would highly recommend anyone to use them and we have a beautiful kitchen.
Superb Local Company
Just had our 35 year tatty old kitchen completely replaced after putting it off for far too long. We have been aware of D&M Kitchens for many years and have driven past their showroom in Knowl Hill hundreds of times before eventually deciding to call in. Although not as grand as the big names, it was packed full of the latest ideas and inspiration. Met the owners (Michael, Ryan and Lauren) and were very impressed with their knowledge, experience and lack of “pressure selling”. After a fairly lengthy process of refining the excellent CAD drawings and visualisations provided by Ryan, we went ahead and ordered, very confident that the agreed specification fitted our requirements exactly. The installation took a little over four weeks, which, considering it included gutting the old kitchen/utility, was quite expected. The two kitchen fitters (Robert and Julian) were superb; their standard of workmanship and attention to detail was exemplary. They were also nice chaps to have around as they were very considerate of our property and privacy whilst minimising the inevitable disruption associated with such a big project. The end result is absolutely stunning and not just met our expectations, but exceeded them by some margin. The final invoice amount was as agreed with the exception of a couple of extras that we requested during the installation. In summary, our experience with D&M Kitchens has been totally positive, and we would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.
