Dear Mike
I thought fitting that I should drop you a short line to thank you and your installers for an excellent and timely installation of our new kitchen. The quality of workmanship was first rate. Moreover the flexible and practical attitude shown by Rob and Julian was something that is becoming frustratingly rare in todays day and age. They were both pleasant to have around, extremely hard working and best of all prepared to improvise when it suited the needs of my wife and me as customers. Their final act of giving everything, including the garage where they had stored their materials over the job, a thorough clean was a testimony to their high standards. Very well done. Please pass on my thanks to all your staff, and particular thanks to you for running such a tight ship!
